We focus exclusively on Immigration Law and Estate Planning. Within immigration, we handle removal defense, asylum, family-based petitions, employment visas (H-1B, E-1/E-2), and naturalization. Our estate planning practice covers wills, trusts, health care proxies, powers of attorney, and probate.
What estate planning services do you offer?
We prepare wills, revocable living trusts, living wills, health care proxies, and durable powers of attorney. We also represent families in probate proceedings and assist with the administration of estates of all sizes.

Attorney Shifa Soressa has more than 20 years of experience practicing law in New York. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and admitted to the New York State Bar.
